These terms cover use of URSY ID and URSY Photos, including their APIs. Use the services only for accounts and content you are entitled to access. Protect your credentials, review requested permissions and supervise agents that act for you.

Your content

You retain your rights in uploaded photos. You give us permission to store, process and transmit them to provide the features you request, including previews and sharing. Upload only content you have the right to store and share. Do not use the service to distribute unlawful content, interfere with its operation or obtain unauthorised access.

Current service

Photos currently provides a free storage allowance. The live quota and capabilities endpoints describe applicable limits. Paid storage and Family checkout are not available. An API token grants only the approved service, permissions and resource selection; registration alone grants no access.

Sharing and changes

A person holding a sharing link may view its authorised content until the link expires or is revoked. Consider who receives it. Service features may change as we improve them. We will explain material changes and give reasonable notice where practicable. We may restrict misuse proportionately, and you can contact us to challenge a restriction.

Leaving and support

You can download your originals, revoke app connections and request account closure. Disconnecting an app does not itself delete your stored photos. Keep another copy of files important to you while the service develops.

Contact [email protected] for support, privacy requests, account closure or complaints. Please describe the request without sending a password, access token or private photo.

Your legal rights

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or takes away mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. URSY LIMITED is based in the United Kingdom. These terms do not restrict any right you have to bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable law.
